FAQ’s

What exactly Do You help people with?

In the bigger picture, our coaching services are directed towards one thing - HELPING YOU TO BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF. More specifically, however, our services have been proven to help people with the following:

  • Lose fat

  • Build muscle

  • Speed up your metabolism

  • Increase energy

  • Be HAPPIER

  • Learn to love your body and yourself

  • Remove fear of scale/mirror

  • Improve relationship with food

  • Improve hormones

  • Improved productivity

  • And so many MORE!

Is what you teach applicable for sustainable fat loss?

You bet! That is one of the biggest objectives our clients aim towards, and the sustainable approach is EXACTLY what we construct our model off of! Our goal is to prevent you from ever again having to endure a crash diet or a fad diet that you HATE and that you will ultimately end up rebounding from.

We teach ways to lose fat simply by sustainable, lifestyle integrative techniques that you can endure. After all, who wants to lose fat just to end up regaining it?

Can I Use My HSA/FSA To Pay For Fitness and Nutrition Coaching?

It varies case by case, but often times you can use your HSA/FSA funds to pay for fitness and nutrition coaching.

To do so, you will need to do 2 things:

  1. You will need a letter of medical necessity from your doctor or healthcare professional. (This is basically a note regarding that these services will be used to improve your current state of health).

  2. You will need to check with your provider.

In some cases, your coaching may also be covered by certain insurance plans, including BlueCross BlueShield, Medica, United Health Care, or Medicare.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT OR ALREADY WORKING OUT TO GET STARTED?

Absolutely not! Although workout experience can be helpful, often times, no experience means you are poised for the most success! We STRONGLY take into consideration that the only program that will work is the one that will work FOR YOU!

(You didn’t hear this from me, but sometimes, people who don’t exercise or strength train prior to working with us are the most exciting people to coach).

**It is also important to note that this is not a doctorate service. Meaning, if there are complex underlying issues that require immediate or highly sophisticated medical attention, we will not be the best choice for you. In that case I would encourage seeking help that is more directly intended for people with conditions like yours.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REACH MY GOALS?

This is HIGHLY dependent on the individual’s current state, as well as the size of their goals. With that being said, we have had clients achieve some DRAMATIC results in as little as two to three weeks. I don’t want to mislead you though. Often times the bigger goals take longer to achieve than you might think.

In our model that is founded on lifestyle integration and sustainability, it can take longer to reach your goals than you may be able to find with other services.

But those other services won’t consider the current state of your health, OR the fact that you want to KEEP those results for GOOD - this is what sets us apart, and in reality, takes a little more time.

SO, if you’re looking for the answer to be “21 days to a 6 pack”, or “lose 20 pounds in 20 days with keto”, you’ve come to the wrong place. We don’t feed you that B.S.
